Popular Nigerian singer Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe professionally known as Ayra Starr reflects on her days of humble beginnings as she recalls selling vegetables and fruits with her grandma.

The “Rush” crooner took to the insta-stories section of her verified Instagram page where she went down memory lane and thank God for how far he had brought her.

Ayra Starr who is signed under Mavin Records emphasized that the good Lord has certainly blessed her.

The singer said that six years ago she used to sit outside to sell vegetables with her grandma and sing to anyone who would listen.

Ayra Starr expressed that now a lot of people now pay to watch her perform her music on stage.

This comes days after organizers of the Grammy Awards considered her hit song “Rush” for the forthcoming 2023 awards.

Ayraa Starr wrote: “Will forever be grateful for where I am in my life, God really blessed me. 6 years ago this used to be me selling 3 vegetables and fruits with my grandma, singing to whoever wanted to hear me. Now I people are paying to watch me perform”
